The course aims to reason out the European administrative law and its importance, often ignored, (in regard to) for European administration improvement
We will analyze the relationships between the European institutions and national administrations, starting from the principles that should guide the administrative activities at European Union Member States.
After positioning the role of the various institutional actors, from the EU Commission, the course will examine the role of innovation and ICT in improving the institutional organization.
Finally, the course will focus on the protection of third parties in administrative EU procedures, starting from various fields, such as:
- The competition rules and State aids
- The freedom of information and data protection.
- The European agencies and the remedies of the system for the protection of the third
